Services

The platform finds the problem and tells you what fixing it is worth. When you want help fixing it, these are the ways we work with clubs. Everything we set up belongs to your club.

The monthly review

For an owner who wants an operator reading the numbers with them every month.

  • The report read before it reaches you, with our view on top
  • A 45 minute call with you, and your manager if you like
  • Three moves agreed and written down
  • A mid month check in with your manager
  • Last month's moves measured: what they brought back

On top of any platform plan. Three months to start, then monthly.

The Operation

For a club with nobody to run it, or an owner who would rather not.

  • The booking platform set up and kept right: prices, caps and rules
  • A weekly programme of two to four sessions
  • A coach or ambassador found and kept, contracted to your club
  • Your players' group actually run, and a month of content scheduled
  • One page of numbers and a call on a set day each month
  • The platform and the monthly review included

Run from the back end, with two site visits a year. Three months to start, then one month's notice. Not the building, not your phone, not food and drink.

The Turnaround

For an open club with quiet courts or no coach.

  • The platform, the programme and the people looked at first
  • The right coach and the right sessions put in place
  • The group started if there is none
  • Run until the numbers move, then handed back or kept on the Operation

Three months to start.

The Opening

For a club that has not opened yet: nine months, three before the doors and six after.

  • Coaches recruited for your club to contract
  • The booking platform built: pricing, caps and enrolment rules
  • A twelve week programme, and leagues set up
  • The community started before the doors open
  • Opening day designed and run, and a staffing model written
  • The platform live from the first booking

Smaller clubs of one to three courts can take the setup pack: the same work in six to eight weeks.

The expansion check

For a club that is full at peak and wondering about more courts or a second site.

  • Peak demand from your own data, week by week
  • What another court would earn, and when it pays back
  • A written recommendation

A fixed fee, agreed before we start.

Priced on a call, because every club is different.

Twenty minutes: your courts, who is in post, what worries you. Then a one page proposal with what is in, what is out, the fee and the start date.
