How it works
- Tell us about your club. Your courts, who runs the club day to day, and what worries you.
- We open a private login for your club. Sealed off from every other club, under our data processing agreement, which you accept first.
- You upload two exports from Playtomic Manager. Customers, and payments for the last twelve months. We show you where to find both; it takes about ten minutes.
- We walk you through your numbers on a call. How full the courts really are against your opening hours, who has drifted away, what a new player is worth to you, and the three moves we would make first.
Afterwards30 days free on the platform, with your data already loaded. Your manager can start the first win back that week.

If it is not for youTell us and we delete your club's data within 30 days. Your club stays in charge of its players' data throughout.
